Preschool Ministries
Ephesus Preschool Ministries (birth—kindergarten) strive to make your child’s initial experience in church a positive and secure one. Children learn of God’s love through a caring and nurturing environment. As they grow, we share His Word through active learning, storytelling, fun songs and Bible-related crafts.
Nursery
Age appropriate classes are provided for infants and toddlers with sharing of pictures and simple Bible thoughts and songs. Childcare is also provided during both Sunday School hour (9:45-10:45 a.m.) and the worship hour (11:00 a.m.-noon) for ages birth-3 years.
Silent Paging System
We offer a silent paging system for you and your child’s benefit. Should he or she need you during Sunday School or Worship, your pager will vibrate, alerting you to this need.
Early Childhood
As your child grows and develops, Sunday School classes are grouped for ages 2-3 and 4-5. This is a time of exciting Bible stories and personal application of God’s Word to the child’s life. A caring teacher will guide your child to learn that the Bible is a guide for daily living as they participate in hands-on activities called Bible Learning Activities. Bible truths for each session correspond to eight different subject areas: God, Jesus, Bible, Church, Family, Self, Others and the Natural World.
Mission Friends - Sunday 11:00 a.m.-noon (ages 4 - Kindergarten)
This program focuses on missionaries and the land in which they live. The curriculum utilizes creative activities to help your child learn how God uses people to share His Word with others.
Wee Music Makers Choir - Sunday 6:00-7:00 p.m. (ages 4 - Kindergarten, September-May)
The preschool choir is a program packed with singing and fun. The primary purpose of the choir is to teach children how to worship the Lord joyfully with music. Secondly, we strive to teach basic musical skills.
