Annual Events

January (Martin Luther King Weekend) ~ Crossroads Winter Conference
Each January, Crossroads Worldwide holds their Winter Conference in Gatlinburg, TN during the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend… This conference is an excellent time for students and adult leaders to regroup and refresh their spiritual walk with Christ during the long, cold winter months….We have gone the past several years and what a blessing it has been for all of us…. I’m so excited about each year and whatever God has planned…. It’s always a great place for spiritual renewal.

May ~ Graduation Sunday and Youth Recognition
This is a youth led service where we celebrate the High School and the College students who are graduating… We will also take the time for recognition of special accomplishments made by students in their school mission field… Join us as the youth lead us in worship through skits, singing and delivering God’s Word.

June and July ~ Summer Camp and Missions
The focus of every Crossroads Summer Camp is to help students and chaperones come to know Jesus and to teach them how to live the life of a disciple of Christ. We accomplish this through creative worship times, Biblical preaching and teaching, staff interaction with students, and by creating an atmosphere that encourages students to open their lives to the love of God in their lives.

The World Changers experience is a complete approach to a student mission project which includes personal preparation, group development and an understanding of the on-mission lifestyle. Regardless of the type of project we end up on, our students’ lives are always changed as they participate in a hands-on missions project. Students will learn to put their faith into action as they work on a disadvantaged resident’s home and share the love of Christ through their service. They will be challenged to adopt the on-mission lifestyle when they return home. They will also be called to move beyond a one-week experience to a deeper level of commitment in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
August ~ Youth Sunday Year in Review
Join our youth as they lead the service and share experiences from the past year.

November ~ Camp Willow Run Super High Retreat
This is a high-energy retreat designed for church youth groups (grades 7-12). For the past several years we have taken our students to this amazing retreat and the CWR staff have taken care of everything. The weekend is packed full of Bible study, worship, and games including the Super High Cup competition. Their trained staff will also be operating many recreation areas such as high ropes, climbing wall, canoeing, archery, riflery, giant swing, basketball, and others. During the weekend we participate in large group worship and Bible study sessions along with small group time. The CWR staff has a desire to see young people grow and mature in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This weekend provides that opportunity.

Check Out the Calendar page to keep up with all of the other activities that we find to hang out and spend time with each other, growing our relationships stronger and ultimately strengthening our relationship with Jesus Christ.
